CERFBOARD 1.0a This three channel HV RF driver board features an ultra-low 1200V to 0V transition time of <5ns, operates continuously up to 45MHz,and can handle pulsed currents of up to 40A--on all three channels simultaneously! The CERFBOARD has been designed to interface with any development board that has a 40-pin Digilent-compatible connector, and only requires a CMOS input signal to drive the triple IXYS IXZ308N120 RF MOSFETs.
