Policies and General Information:
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email directly after placing your order which will include your invoice number. You may check the status of your order and view any tracking number(s) from the My Account page on the Raptor Engineering website.

Backordered Items
Raptor Engineering attempts to keep all items in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If for any reason the requested items are out of stock at the time your order is placed, your entire order will be held until the backordered items become available. If you would like the remainder of your order to ship separately, please contact us at sales@raptorengineering.com

Limited Warranty
Raptor Engineering's scientific and research products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. Mainboards and other computing products are subject to a 1 year limited warranty, with an optional extended warranty available on select products. No other express or implied warranties are provided. See the Return Policy for instructions on product returns.

Return Policy
Raptor Engineering may, at its sole discretion, allow certain items to be returned for a refund.
At a minimum, the following conditions must be met for a return request to be considered:
a.) An RMA request must be received within 30 days of purchase
b.) The item must be returned undamaged, in full working order, and in the original packaging
c.) All accessories must be returned with the item in their original packaging.
d.) The item must be returned with the original invoice and a valid RMA number
Please contact us at support@raptorengineering.com to request an RMA number.
Returns will not be accepted later than 30 days from date of purchase. Return shipping to Raptor Engineering is the Buyer's full responsibility.

Export Policy
Raptor Engineering hardware, software programs, and technical data may not be sold, exported, or re-exported, either directly or indirectly, to the U.S. embargoed destinations or entities of Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan or Syria, or to persons/entities on the Denied Persons List, Unverified List, Entity List, Specially Designated Nationals List and the Debarred List, without prior written authorization from the appropriate departments of the United States Government.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information, including your email address, that you provide to Raptor Engineering will be used solely for order billing, shipment, and/or technical support. Raptor Engineering will not sell, lease, distribute, or donate your personal information to any outside entity. Raptor Engineering may from time to time send you information about new products or services offered; you may opt out with no penalty by deselecting the "I want to receive Email from Raptor Engineering about new products and special offers" checkbox within the "Edit Account" page on the Raptor Engineering website.

Unpaid Invoice Policy
If an invoice has not been fully paid within 30 days of product shipment, Raptor Engineering will, at its sole discretion, assess monthly finance charges to the unpaid portion of that invoice at the legal rate of interest set by the the State of Illinois in Section 815 ILCS 205/1.
